About this policy
This policy describes how the data you voluntarily submit through the Rubizh Brigade recruitment form is processed. The site has no personal accounts, no user registration, and no role-based portal.
Data we receive
The form collects your first and last name, email address, phone number, service experience, the selected position (if any), the language of the form, and confirmation that you consent to data processing and are of legal age. Your IP address, Turnstile token, and browser data are not stored in Strapi.
Purpose and technical providers
The purpose of processing is to consider your candidacy, contact you, and arrange the later stages of recruitment. The data is stored in Strapi and PostgreSQL on Railway; Cloudflare handles the network request and the Turnstile anti-bot check as a technical provider.
Access and retention
Only authorized Strapi administrators have access to submissions. A submission is kept until it is deleted manually. PostgreSQL backups may still hold previously deleted data until the retention period of that backup ends.
Your requests
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submission, write to rubizh3018@gmail.com. Include enough information for us to find the submission, but do not send unnecessary personal data.
